How do I choose the right metal and diamond shape?+
Every piece is available in solid 9K, 14K, or 18K gold (yellow, white, or rose). For diamonds, our favorites guide you through shape, carat, and clarity — reach out and our team will personally help you decide.
Do your products come with a warranty?+
Yes. Every piece is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and comes with a complimentary first clean and polish within 12 months.
When will my order ship, and how long will delivery take?+
Most pieces ship within 3-5 working days. Made-to-order designs take 2-3 weeks. South African delivery is 1-3 working days with courier tracking provided.
What is your return & exchange policy?+
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange any piece in its original, unworn condition. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?+
Reach out within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to accommodate. After that, for custom pieces the order goes into production and can no longer be changed.
